A qualified counsellor will be in the school for regular counselling of the children, faculty and the parents. The counsellor will conduct workshops during the school days. Students are invited to attend these workshops. Topics to be presented include stress management, relationships and cognitive restructuring. These presentations would be held at intervals throughout the school year and the event details will be displayed on the website.
The counsellor will also meet with various classes during part of the academic session to teach a variety of social and personal lessons.The school guidance counsellor serves as a resource for children, parents and teachers in order to meet the social and emotional needs of the students.
